IMPORTANT: * Parents have access to Online Resources for a period of 24 months. They can save all of the pdfs, ebooks and mp3s to their computer for future access beyond this period, however, please note that there isn’t a way to save the videos. We update our resources on a regular basis and pay individual membership hosting costs, so that’s why we limit access to our membership platform.

Product Delivery:

• Orders are dispatched twice a week (on Tuesdays and Fridays).
• Orders must be received prior to 1.30pm (AEST) on Tuesdays and Fridays to ensure sufficient time for order processing.
• Delivery time varies depending on your location. You can click here to calculate postage delivery times to your location (From BURLEIGH HEADS, QLD, 4220).
• The average delivery time is 3 – 6 business days.
• We use AUSTRALIA POST (PARCEL POST) for standard delivery and you will be sent parcel number detail at the time of dispatch so you can track your order (detail provided on invoice).
• IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT – We highly recommend that you select AUSTRALIA POST (EXPRESS) DELIVERY OPTION ON CHECKOUT.
• Australia Post (Express) delivery timeframe is approx. 1-2 business days (excluding some rural locations – CLICK HERE for network coverage).
