SHIPPING  & DELIVERY POLICY –  HYPNOBIRTHING AUSTRALIA™ | HYPNOBUBS® ONLINE STORE (PRACTITIONER ORDERS)

Hypnobirthing Australia (Hypnobubs Pty Ltd) provides AUSTRALIA POST (PARCEL POST), AUSTRALIA POST (EXPRESS POST) for orders under 25kg, and TNT EASY SEND option can be arranged for deliveries over 25kg for delivery within AUSTRALIA ONLY. Please contact us on +61 7 5562 2292 or email admin@hypnobirthingaustralia.com.au to enquire about a special order over 25kg (Mon. – Fri. 9am – 5pm AEST).

Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically 3-5 working days for delivery within Australia. Regional areas outside of metro areas, typically add an additional day to delivery estimates. If located outside of Australia, the postage delivery timeframe is typically  8-15 business days. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We use Australia Post (Parcel Post) for standard delivery of your order. Orders are dispatched twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) and must be received prior to 1.30pm (AEST) on these days to ensure sufficient time for order processing in time for dispatch. Once your goods have been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number (detail provided on invoice).

PLEASE NOTE

IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT – We highly recommend that you select AUSTRALIA POST (EXPRESS) DELIVERY OPTION ON CHECKOUT.

Australia Post (Express) service delivery timeframe is approx. 1-2 business days (excluding some rural locations) for delivery within Australia – CLICK HERE for network coverage locations.

Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours. Some orders may require a signature upon receipt. If you provide a work address, please include full details including the business and receiver’s name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery; a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Hypnobirthing Australia™ (Hypnobubs Pty Ltd) is not liable for any goods damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is missing or you have received your order damaged please contact the shipping carrier and submit a claim.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

WHERE DO I MAIL MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Simply securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using a TRACKABLE service to the above address that provides you with a tracking number. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days of us receiving your package in accordance with our Returns Policy. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Hypnobirthing Australia™ (Hypnobubs Pty Ltd). All return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

REPLACEMENTS/EXCHANGES

Please contact us on +61 7 5562 2292 or email info@hypnobirthingaustralia.com.au and please provide us with the details of your order (including the Order or Invoice number) and the reason for requiring a replacement or exchange.

Replacements and exchanges will be issued following the receipt of the returned goods by our office, and any difference due will be charged or refunded to the card or bank account used to pay for the original order. Should we need to charge an additional amount we will contact you to arrange additional payment to enable processing of your order.

If you require a prompt replacement or exchange, please place a new order from our Practitioner Shop and select your preferred postage option. We will process a credit note for your replacement/exchange on receipt of your returned goods.

We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

PAYMENT PROCESSING (SECURITY POLICY)

When purchasing from Hypnobirthing Australia, card details are transmitted through a secure server using eWAY payment gateway utilising our Westpac Internet Merchant Facility (IMF). Card details are hosted by eWAY after processing to ensure PCI DSS compliance and all card data in encrypted using SSL to ensure your credit card information can be safely transmitted to our payment gateway.
